Bring your guitar and join us for a free guitar clinic on rhythm patterns from Ecuadorian and Andean traditions. Hosted by Los Bohemios Perdidos--Ecuadorian guitarist/singer Javier Jara, Puertorrican guitarist Carlos Ufret and very special guest virtuosic guitar player Víctor Murillo, visiting from Quito, Ecuador.DUE TO A DELAY IN THE CITY OF AUSTIN'S BUREAUCRATIC PROCESSES WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT STUDENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. OUR NEXT WORKSHOPS WILL BE ALL-AGES, BUT THIS ONE NEEDS TO BE ADULTS-ONLY. WE TRULY, DEEPLY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. STILL, IF YOU'RE AN ADULT WITH A GUITAR, WE HOPE TO SEE YOU TOMORROW MORNING!
All you need is a well-strung guitar, knowledge of a few open chords, and a willingness to learn.

Ven y trae tu guitarra a nuestro taller gratuito sobre ritmos ecuatorianos y andinos en guitarra. Impartido por Los Bohemios Perdidos (Javier Jara, guitarrista/vocalista ecuatoriano; y Carlos Ufret, guitarrista boricua) y un invitado muy especial, directo desde Quito, Ecuador, el virtuoso guitarrista Víctor Murillo.
Lo único que necesita es una guitarra bien encordada, saber algunos acordes en primera posición, y estar dispuesto a aprender.
Matrícula y estacionamiento gratis.
Los Bohemios Perdidos son Artistas-en-Residencia del Emma S. Barrientos Mexican-American Cultural Center.
